Hey! 👋
Welcome!
My name is Ido Magor and I’m life lifelong learner in each area I’m finding to be interesting. My passion is not only to learn, but also to improve my learning skills in a way that will allow me to take other complex concepts, and earn the knowledge better and faster.
As a Software Engineer, in addition to meeting new complex concepts on a daily basis, I love taking the challenges it has of coming up with new solutions because it also allows me to have the opportunity to improve on how to take complex tasks, destruct them to small pieces, do them, and repeat, which also allows me to learn how to simplify complex solutions or concepts to simple terms.
I have many projects in my mind as for now to be done, but for now, I wish to share my personal and professional growth journey here, and also hear your thoughts about it.

- Podcast of “Developers Outside of the Box”(Hebrew) – I’ve talked about building VoIP and WebRTC solutions from the ground up – link.
- GeekTime Article(Hebrew) – Talked about solutions that I’ve had the opportunity to participate in my job position at Carbyne. It describes how RTC-based solutions needed special care in CI/CD and overall solutions in order to achieve solutions that would be as much as Real Time as possible in order to save lives – link.
A Little Origins Story About Myself
As a child, I always leaned toward tech. It was from gaming to creating my own games, deconstructing and reconstructing computer parts, trying to learn as much as possible about tech, and also wishing to build products that have an impact on the world.
I did actually have a few challenges learning computer programming in a few aspects because I wasn’t the toughest nail in class, but I still continued because of the desire to participate in building world-class impactful products, with amazing people.
Therefore, I went to learn computer programming in high school, and from there I went to finishing my Software Practical Engineer before my IAF service.
At the IAF service, which there I’ve assimilated myself in computer programming, but also in the fields of networking and cyber security. After a few years, I started my BS.c in Computer Science and finished it after a few years.
After finishing my long service and gaining experience by working with amazing people, I’ve gone to work in the Israeli tech industry. I really love tech and the industry itself because it allows us to have multiple responsibilities which I believe not only enhances us professional experience-wise but also personally pushes us to improve in additional skills. In addition, if you’re pushing that direction, the tech industry also allows you to understand how you create products that people love and help them, which in the end allows one to gain a business-oriented approach.
As of today, I wish to enhance my knowledge by motivating myself to learn more about the tech industry, its technologies, challenges, news, and many more … By doing so, I wish to spread it all to everyone in a simplified manner so it could allow everyone better themselves as well and build a community around it 😎
Because I’m a highly self-growth junkie you could say, I positively love to inspire myself each day with podcasts, books, and much more content that drives me to my best self, but I also love to spread it out in order to inspire others to do so as well, so except that kind of content to be shared here as well from time to time 💪
